Jack Daly is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and a retired U.S. Naval Officer with over 20 years of service to his country in various assignments, including aviation, surface, and amphibious warfare; communications, and intelligence. Jack’s first time wearing a United States uniform, Red, White, and Blue, came at the end of his senior year in high school in 1976 when he represented the United States at the Junior World Rowing Championships in the double-scull (2x) event. During his enlisted days, Jack completed his bachelor’s degree and received his commission via Officer Candidate School in Newport, Rhode Island. Jack works as an Emergency Management Specialist within the Department of Defense. Repeated disturbing reports of daily military and veteran suicides prompted Jack to try to find a way to help those struggling or troubled emotionally. Add the COVID-19 pandemic and strife worldwide; the need proved even more significant.
